One of the biggest compliments is when a client travels to you. Yes Ryan is my cousin but they could have chosen to find a photographer in Woodstock, Illinois but they didn't and that just makes me grin ear to ear. I loved capturing Ryan's love for soccer during his senior portrait session. It has been the focus for their family for a many many years. When you have kids in sports your life revolves around it, I just love seeing all the support that gushes from his parents.

A little bit about Ryan :

What do you love to do in your free time? Hang out with friends, play soccer or both

What sports are you in? Currently playing soccer

What is your favorite thing about high school? So far it is playing school sports or prom

What are your plans after graduation? After graduation I plan on attending a local community college called Mchenry County College for 2 years to get my associates degree before heading out to a bigger university

What is a fun fact about you? I've played soccer tournaments in Spain and Portugal when I was 14

We had an excellent experience at Sonshine Portrait Design with our son Ryan’s senior pictures. The studio is very welcoming, Christie is very professional (and easy going).....Ryan felt comfortable right away. Christie spent time getting to know more about Ryan, including his favorite sports and high school experiences, to create the best portraits for us. Once it was time to view the photos, it was very difficult to decide as there was a large variety and they were all excellent. We now have very nice portraits of our son hanging in our home.
